ZIP Zero Interface Probes

Zero Interface Probes (ZIP) are transducers designed for composite inspection as well as Delay Lines. ZIPs and Delay Lines come in frequency options of 0.45, 1.5 and 2.25 MHz. These low-frequency levels allow ZIP probes to penetrate thick or highly attenuative cross-sections. ZIP Delay Lines are also acoustically matched to the majority of composites or other plastic materials, significantly minimizing delay line interface echo.
