Wilson EZ-Clamp Sample Holder (ez-clamp)

The Wilson^® Hardness EZ-Clamp Sample Holder offers an innovative solution for supporting Knoop/ Vickers cut and mounted samples. This unique sample holder offers an improved solution for maintaining symmetry and sample positioning while simultaneously simplifying the setup process prior to hardness evaluation. With this fixture, tools are no longer necessary! Samples are effortlessly clamped between the retaining cap of the fixture for firm sample mounting. Once samples are mounted, the complete fixture can be easily rotated for indentation positioning without affecting the focal point of the samples image. The EZ-Clamp fixture is primarily used with Wilson Hardness fully-automated solutions where the EZ-Clamp Sample Holder can be mounted to a motorized XY-Stage for multiple sample mounting.
