Waygate Krautkramer ZIP Zero Interface Probe Transducers (ZIP-CONTACT-TRANSDUCERS)

Waygate Technologies KrautkramerZero Interface Probes (ZIP), a Baker Hughes business product (formerly GE Inspection Technologies), are highly damped delay line transducers with a low frequency used for composite inspection. ZIP delay lines are acoustically matched to most composite and other plastic materials. ZIPS acoustically matched features minimizes the delay line interface echo therefore, improving near surface resolution. ZIPS can penetrate thick or highly attenuative cross sections due to their low-frequency characteristics. Couplants are not needed when using ZIPS on smooth surface materials. 

Depending on size, ZIP Transducers have either a top mounted BNC connector or a right angle mounted Microdot connector. Please note that cable is not included.
