    Description

The Foerster CircoGraph Family guarantees maximum detection sensitivity for exposed longitudinal surface defects on bright material.  Primarily used for wire drawing machines Cu tube rewinders, and finishing sections in the bright steel sector.  Various types of testing sections are available for the assembly of separate testing lines, which ensures that the test material is transported optimally through the sensor system.

The CircoGraph family is made up of five different products that all play a part in the main system.

The first one is the Circograph DA. This product is compact and constructed for industrial applications. The Circograph DA has up to 256 measurement channels without multiplex operations. There is digitalization right at the sensor.

The second one is the Circograph CI. This product has a compact design and is very simple to operate with the integrated operation unit and the "Turn-Push" operation. This is a two channel test system and it can test materials such as ferromagnetic, austenitic, and non-ferromagnetic material.

The third one is the Circograph DI. This products compact design facilitates easy integration in production process. It is a universal two channel test system. This product has intuitive operating software.

The fouth one is the Circograph Sensor Systems. This product has maximum sensitivity for exposed longitudinal surface defects on bright material with clearance compensation that provides constant sensitivity evaluation.

The fifth one is the Circograph Rotating Heads for Fast Application. This product is for testing ferromagnetic, austenitic, and non-ferromagnetic round material (tubes, rods and wires). Test heads are available with 1.5mm, 2.5mm and 5mm track width. The modular design enables easy replacement in existing lines.
