Videos featuring ibg eddy current systems at work show how the eddyvisor, eddyliner and eddyguard systems inspect manufactured parts. The systems show how robots handle and precisely position parts for inspection with different types of probes. Tests performed include: crack detection (on pins, triple clutch housings); crack and grinder burn tests (on outer rings); crack and structure test (on lobes for assembled camshafts, steering pinions); crack, grinder burn and structure tests (on ball nuts); and crack, structure, gauging and visual inspection (on pinion shafts) among others.
