    Description


    PosiTector Inspection Kits contain a PosiTector gage body (Standard or Advanced) with 1 or more probes and accessories in a convenient hard shell carrying case. Customize an Inspection Kit from a wide selection of gage bodies and probes.

    • Select from 24 pre-configured kits or build your own custom kit from the selector below
    • Available with your choice of Standard or Advanced Gage features, coating thickness probes, and surface profile instrument
    • Each PosiTector body accepts all PosiTector 6000, 200, DPM, IRT, RTR, SPG, SST, SHD, BHI, UTG, and GLS probes easily converting from a coating thickness gage to a dew point meter, surface profile gage, soluble salt tester, hardness, or ultrasonic wall thickness gage, or gloss meter
    • Certificate of Calibration showing traceability to NIST or PTB included (Long Form)

    PosiTector body accepts all PosiTector 6000, 200, DPM, IRT, RTR, SPG, SST, SHD, BHI, and UTG probes easily converting from a coating thickness gage to a dew point meter, surface profile gage, soluble salt tester, hardness tester, or ultrasonic wall thickness gage.

    • Storage of 250,000 readings from multiple probes in up to 1,000 batches and sub-batches
    • Storage of 250,000 datasets from multiple probes in up to 1,000 batches 
    • Touchscreen keyboard for renaming batches, adding notes, and more
    • Prompted Batch Mode—create pre-defined batches with on-screen text and image prompts for each reading
    • 3 Scan Modes—increase measurement speed to 180 + readings per minute
    • SSPC-PA 2, ISO 19840, and IMO PSPC 90:10 features determine if film thickness over a large area conforms to user-specified min/max levels
    • SmartBatch allows entry of user-defined parameters and criteria to comply with standards such as ASTM D4417 and SSPC PA-17
