The HH-411 is a compact, portable hardness tester designed for ease of use. With just a single button press, it conducts a non-destructive impact hardness test, making it exceptionally convenient for testing workpieces on site.
User-friendly
To perform a hardness test, simply press the button on the impactor while holding it against the workpiece surface. The process is straightforward and user-friendly.
Hardness testing on narrow surfaces is possible
The HH-411 requires only a minimal surface area for hardness testing—just ø22mm for the standard type D impactor and a tiny ø4mm for the optional type DL impactor. This feature makes the HH-411 exceptionally useful for testing the hardness of surfaces like structural elements, gear teeth, and more.
Equipped with data storage function
A maximum 1800 data entries of hardness test results can be stored. This function is very useful for routine tests at work sites.
Unit of hardness is selectable for various purposes
The HH-411 produces HL hardness scale results (L hardness: conforming to ASTM A 956), automatically converting to Vickers, Brinell, Rockwell C, Rockwell B, Shore and tensile strength, as required during testing.
Equipped with auto angle compensation function
Impact-type hardness measurements are usually influenced by gravity based on the angle at which the impactor is positioned. However, the HH-411 is equipped with advanced measuring technology that automatically detects the impactor's orientation and compensates for this effect, ensuring maximum accuracy in every measurement.
