The ELT 3 and ELT 4 systems feature fully-automatic indent measurement and X-Y auto traversing capability in a Windows® XP operating environment. The precision motorized stage, with unique, integrated drivers, is designed to test single and multiple samples and fixtures. This large stage has 180 mm x 160 mm (7 in X 6 in) travel with positioning accuracies within 5 microns. The test force capacity is 150 kg for Knoop, Vickers, and Rockwell scale testing.
