The 400 Series Automated Hardness Tester combines a versatile and user-friendly system with the automation capabilities found within the Minuteman Automation Software. These automated systems are designed to increase productivity , accuracy, and efficiency while reducing costs and process time and maintaining strict compliance to ASTM and ISO standards. A high-resolution digital camera integrated with the software displays live images of the samples surface where sample data, case hardness depth (CHD) calculations, graphing, statistics, and more can seemlessly transfer to Mircosoft Excel or Crystal Reports.
