    Description

The Dakota ZX-6DL Wall Thickness Gauge accurately measures the thickness and corrosion of metals, ceramics, glass, and rigid plastics from one side. In E-E Mode (Thru-Paint Mode), it eliminates coating for a precise metal wall thickness reading.

It features built-in data logging for 10,000 values with 250 readings per batch, supporting up to 40 batches with USB output. Data can be transferred in ".csv" format or viewed using the free DAKVIEW4 Software.

The ZX-6DL allows operators to choose from 8 preset materials, program 2 custom material velocities, and adjust velocity as needed. Calibration to a known thickness sample is supported, and a 2-point calibration ensures optimal linearity. The device can be used in Single Thickness Reading or Scan mode, where the minimum thickness reading during the scan is displayed.

The ZX-6DL probe is waterproof and can be submerged, and the gauge is impact-resistant and environmentally sealed for durability.
