The ZB-100F MB Mag Shot from Magnaflux is a portable fan cooled black light system producing long wave UV light at 365 nm. The built in, quiet cooling fan keeps operating temperatures below 85 degrees Fahrenheit, increasing safety and bulb life with the added benefit of energizing power packs or wet bench units remotely when checking for discontinuities in longer parts. There is a remote button in the handle of the black light making it unnecessary to return to the MPI unit to begin a mag shot.
Other benefits of the ZB-100F include a recessed lens for bulb protection, polycarbonate bezel which shields hands from the lens, aluminum housing and reinforced fiberglass handle and a cord through the handle design to reduce operator fatigue.
The Magnaflux ZB-100F also comes with industry and military certification standards at 15” (38cm).

The ZB-100F-MB has a remote button integrated into the handle of the black light to eliminate the need for continuously returning to the MPI unit to initiate a mag shot.
